Krystal Patterson, MPA, FRA-RA

Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, her multi-cultural roots have instilled an indomitable spirit and a legacy of resilience, service and philanthropy. Her grandmother, a community activist; father, veteran of the U.S. Air Force and husband, veteran of the U.S. Navy and current service in Law Enforcement all played instrumental roles in her leadership style and passion for service. 

With over 17 years of experience in the public sector, Krystal successfully climbed the executive ladder and gained recognition as one of Legacy Magazine Miami's Most Powerful and Influential Leader 2023. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University and has actively engaged in a number of professional organizations to include being a featured speaker during various professional conferences helping shape the future of public service.

As the Founder and President of H.E.R.S. Consulting, she directs her passion and extensive expertise into providing solutions for public sector professionals. Helping Executives Reach Solutions (H.E.R.S.) specializes in professional speaking, industry training, business process review, strategic plans and reorganization.
